Tell us about your blog? Eleanor J’adore is a natural hair and beauty blog started by a South African curly haired girl who learnt all about her natural hair while she was living in Tokyo, Japan. Eleanor J’adore showcases the beauty and versatility of naturally curly hair by sharing hair styles, hair care advice, tips and inspiration.
What are your top three handbag beauty essentials? I don’t go anywehere without mascara, lip balm and hand lotion
Your go-to everyday makeup look? I love the no makeup look for everyday situations. It usually consists of a bit of light foundation coverage, a subtle cat eyeliner on my top eye lids, mascara, a sweep of blush, bronzer and a nude lipstick.
Choose One:
Lipstick or lipgloss? Lipstick. I’m in love with matte lipsticks and all the beautiful colours they come in. A good lipstick can last for hours whereas lipgloss seems to fade fairly quickly.
Heels or flats? Definitely flats
Your failsafe ‘ugly day’ beauty fix? Foundation, a bit of concealer dabbed under the eyes to hide those dark circles, and red lipstick. If my curls are looking anything less than stellar Ill pile all my hair up onto the top of my head and shape it into a huge top-knot bun. This look usually has me looking and feeling fabulous again.
