Don't forget to pat a flat shader brush on top of your liner for a smokey look Step 11: Curl lashes and layer on your black mascara FACE Step 1: Brighten under eyes by using a concealer of choice. Make sure to blend well Step 2: Contour your face with a dark concealer stick.
