this shampoo does what it says, its designed for dry and damaged hair, so any of us who spend time in the sun, or who use heat on it, or chemically processed hair will benefit from it. hair is left feeling nourished and soft and smooth, the smell is divine, and I like the creamy texture. however, the bad thing about it, is that it is a wax-based shampoo (the conditioner as well), which accounts for the locked in moisture. what this does, over time, is create terrible product build up, itchy scalp and dandruff. I know my mother gets a rash due to the perfume content. its best to used a clarifying shampoo in between uses, to ensure this don't occur.

Most of the normal pantene shampoos and conditioners agree with my hair. I'm a big fan. One of my hair colouring experiences along with regular blow drying required some TLC. This softened, moisturized and smoothed my hair.

I usually use this shampoo on a weekly basis. I think that the cream is lovely and creates wonderful bubbles whilst washing hair very well. I prefer the creamy texture of this shampoo as opposed to other more watery ones. My hair feels much stronger after using this product and I think it does what it says, repairs and protects.
