I have tried numerous shampoos over the years for my extremely dry hair. My hair is also coloured regularly and is a bit wavy that turns to frizz when the humidity is high.

I have searched high and low for something to nourish, protect and repair. My all time favourite shampoo started out and ended with Pantene Repair & Protect. For my thick dry hair, nothing else even comes close.

One has to use Pantene Repair & Protect conditioner with the shampoo. Nothing gets tangles out of my long hair like their Conditioner.

this shampoo does what it says, its designed for dry and damaged hair, so any of us who spend time in the sun, or who use heat on it, or chemically processed hair will benefit from it. hair is left feeling nourished and soft and smooth, the smell is divine, and I like the creamy texture. however, the bad thing about it, is that it is a wax-based shampoo (the conditioner as well), which accounts for the locked in moisture. what this does, over time, is create terrible product build up, itchy scalp and dandruff. I know my mother gets a rash due to the perfume content. its best to used a clarifying shampoo in between uses, to ensure this don't occur.

Most of the normal pantene shampoos and conditioners agree with my hair. I'm a big fan. One of my hair colouring experiences along with regular blow drying required some TLC. This softened, moisturized and smoothed my hair.

I used love using this when my hair felt damaged and really repaired it.

Pantene Repair and Protect Shampoo really works; after the very first use of this shampoo my hair looked and felt more soft, shiny and healthy! It also smells amazing.

I usually use this shampoo on a weekly basis. I think that the cream is lovely and creates wonderful bubbles whilst washing hair very well. I prefer the creamy texture of this shampoo as opposed to other more watery ones. My hair feels much stronger after using this product and I think it does what it says, repairs and protects.

My sister has said that I have single handed-ly kept the shampoo industry alive - this winter my hair was dry and was breaking badly, I noticed this after I had a brazillian blow dry, anyways, I tried numerous shampoos to stop the breakage and hair falling, everything and finally, I decided to use, Pantene Repair and Protect, a shampoo I used before, and I cannot remember why I switched.

Anyways, after the forst week of using it, my hair was soft from root to tip, strong (the hair breakage and loss stopped) less static when ironed, I love this shampoo, and i am never switching again. My hair (after three months) is think and super strong.

I love the the smell, its long lasting and fresh, and sometimes I even skip on the conditioner, its that smoothing.
