This shampoo made my hair fall out in chunks. it smelled great while falling out, but I will never use it again.

I didnt want to review the product as soon as i receive it, I wanted to use the product range over 3 months to see the affect it had on my hair. Sadly I am very disappointed in the range. Yes, immediately your hair feels soft and smells great but after 2 months, my ends started looking dry and my hair brittle. Honestly, i wished i stayed with using my Loreal Professional series and not tried this product because now i have to try and get my hair back to healthy state. I actually had to cut a substantial amount off to get rid of split ends.
I would not suggest the product for a long-time solution for damage control, rather invest in a higher end product which would live up to expectations.
