On to the second recipe in my Nutribullet 2 week challange. I can feel a difference in my energy levels being much higher through out the day.
The second recipe I have chosen is called the Fountain of youth. This recipe is high in calcium and is a age reversing blend.
it contains a few nutricious ingredients-
* 2 handfull spinach
* 1 cup Red Grapes
*1 banana
*1 Cup Strawberry
* Some Almonds
* 1 tsp maca powder
This is the first time I have had maca powder. It is a root vegetable mostly served in a powder form which is higher in calcium than milk.
I don't have much diary in my diet therefore this Nutriblast smoothie blend is perfect to stregnthen my bones and joints. Something I personally struggle with. Thanks to Nutribullet making me reach my daily vitamin and mineral intake's so quicky and easily.
