HotStage two with the Nutribullet two week challange. The smoothies and detox juicing has started to make me feel much more energized through out the day.. Getting enough fruit and vegtebales in my diet has always been a bit of a battle with me to keep up with meal prep and a crazy schedule. The nutribullet has made it so convenient for me to now reach my daily vitamin and mineral intake requirements. My second recipe of choice is the Fountain of youth. Designed as a age reversing blend. It contains a few ingredients with powerful benefits * 2 Handful spinach * 1 cup of red grapes * 1 Banana * 1 cup Strawberry * Few almonds * 1tsp Maca Powder. This is my first time I've been introduced to Maca Powder which is a root vegetable used as a medicinal herb. It is a great health booster and contains a higher level of calcium than milk.
