I have a very oily skin and enlarged pores. This is my go to foundation to contain my oily skin and large pores. My pores appear smaller and my skin tends to get less oily. I have tried and tried so many foundations, but I keep coming back to this one. MAC has also release new colours in this and the range of colours are quite extensive now. The shade I use is the lightest one, but it was still too dark for my own skin. I would mix some of the MAC face and body foundation with it and this gives it a nice glow, but not too heavy that my skin looks oily.

I purchased this amazing foundation in NC40 for R285 at MAC canal walk. This is BY FAR THE BEST FOUNDATION I HAVE EVER USED!!!! i love the fact that you can build the foundation according to your coverage needs, and each layer will glide on smoothly without giving off the dreaded cakey look ! It may be applied with a foundation brush (I use eco tools foundation brush) or with your fingers. I prefer to apply 1 layer with my fingers for a beautiful dewy finish. This foundation covers all imperfections, gives a dewy finish, and stays amazing throughout the day. This will definitely be a foundation staple in my cosmetic bag :)

I absolutely love this foundation! Paid R249,00, which is slightly pricey, but it is really worth it. You do not have to use much at all, as it spreads really well and provides great coverage (I barely use concealer with it at all). I have also found it to last long on my skin, without needing to touch up. This is quite impressive, considering I have slightly skin in summer. It changes from liquid to matt, and holds very well. I purchased it in a NC15, which is quite a light shade, and have received many compliments on my makeup when I wear it. It also stays nice and matt for ages, and looks very natural. Definitely the best foundation I have used so far! Will stick with this one :)
