I was a huge fan of this versatile beauty balm when it relaunched here back in the 90's, but ditched it after an ex boyfriend forbid me from using it because he had an aversion to it's distinctive scent. Thankfully my husband is more partial to the smell, so I've been enjoying rediscovering the many benefits of this iconic little wonder worker...
It's great for locking in moisture when lips are particularly parched; adding a natural glow to cheekbones, and shaping eyebrows. It's also useful for helping to heal cuts or burns, or soften stubborn dry spots on elbows or feet. I'm not wild about the fact that it contains chemicals like petrolatum, so I use it sparingly, but it's still a reliable bathroom cabinet icon that will never go out of fashion.
