I use this for EVERYTHING:

Lips
Dry elbows
Dry heels
Dry Knees
My husbands ashy ankles
My cuticles
My eyebrows after getting them done, to soothe the sting
- You get the picture.
This stuff is like vaseline but less greasy and with an SPF 20
