I received these products from The Beauty Bulletin to review but I’ve seen that the Loose bronzing powder retails for R89.95 and the Lipstick retails for R59.95 at Edgars. The “Sunkissed” bronzer has caramel coloured base with golden shimmer. Its finely milled and applies very smoothly with a soft powder/blush brush (I never use the little puffs that come with the packaging as it doesn’t apply the product well and collects germs eek!). On my skin tone the bronzer doesn’t add a huge amount of colour but does add a really nice golden glow. I really like it and I think it would be great for night-time or very lightly applied for day time.
The “Sunkissed” lipstick is a orangey bronze colour with copper glitter. The colour doesn’t really suit me as its very warm toned and I think it would look better on someone with a paler skin tone than mine. The formula of the lipstick is really moisturizing and has a sweet coconut scent. It goes on sheer but can be layered for more intense colour. The glitter is a little larger than I would have liked and can feel a little gritty but a little lip gloss over the top smoothes it out nicely. This colour is very “on trend” for summer as was featured in an advertorial in the December edition of Glamour magazine.
