SA summer is brutal and stay fast means outlasting the jhb summers. Sadly last summer this didn't last more than an hour. Unfortunately there were cheaper Make up brands that lasted all day long as promised.

I have this in the shade plum desire and man - it is hella dark and really pigmented!

In this particular shade, you really do not need much for it to show up on your cheeks.

I don't actually use the little brush that it comes with as it picks up way too much product. I prefer the Real Techniques blush brush.

It does not kick off a lot of product, but the pigment is strong in this one!

It lasts all day long, but it can be a little patchy if not well blended.

For the price, I would say it is definitely worth a try.

I picked up the Yardley Stayfast Blusher in Cedar Rose. I don't have many blushes in my collection and this was my first blush purchase from Yardley.

The pigmentation is great, it has a subtle shimmer which I like. The shade gives me a lovely pink flush and I find myself reaching for this blush time and again. It lasts me the whole day and the texture is super easy to blend.

The packaging is compact and comes with it's own little brush and mirror. If you are going in for a long day, this blush will fit perfectly in your handbag for any touch-ups.

I absolutely love the little brush, I like that it fits into the packaging. A brush per blush works perfectly. The price is affordable and the quality great and I have my eye on the gorgeous plum shade in the range.

This line of blushes has been available FOREVER...I think even my mom used to have them in her collection. They work really well and are quite pigmented. The blend easily and they are long wearing. The brush that comes with it isn't too great for applying blush all over the cheek as it is quite small but that is the only downside to it.

It almost reminds me of the Essence Silky Touch blushes, it is just a little bit harder.

I have one in the Peachy Coral shade which I have been suing for months and months now! I prefer this blush for days I rock the No Makeup - Makeup look as it is very soft on my Olive skin.

This is no newcomer to my make up collection. I am an avid yardley girl and as usual i am impressed by this blusher also.
i've re purchased this many times over and will do so in the future. It blends out so well with my skin and a little is all you need to get the job done.
So super pigmented !

Lovely blusher that glides onto skin .This blush is nicely pigmented with such a pretty shimmer .I love anything to do with shimmer so I'm totally sold on this blush . I use it quite often and it has great staying power. Quality blush at an affordable price!

I love this blush, truly! Cedar Rose leaves a beautiful and natural colour on my cheeks. I don't put on too much, otherwise it becomes too dark. It can be put on lightly to create a more natural look against my fair skin. It has wonderful staying power, too. I do not use the brush that comes with it though, it's definitely not something I liked. Aside from that, nice case, great colour, great price. Definitely worth it!

The Yardley Stayfast Velvet Blusher in Sherry Sparkle comes in neatly compact packaging including a small blusher brush and built in mirror. The blush comes in four gorgeous shades and each contain a generous amount of shimmer, so if you're a matte blush gal then this probably is not for you. For the rest of us that welcome some shimmer, this blush is very easy to apply and it truly is long lasting - a good couple of hours or so!

I was just a tad disappointed at how the Sherry Sparkle colour look on me. I loved the colour I saw on the compact and I was pleased to finally use a blusher that is a lot more natural looking. I guess this shade may not be for me after all but I am not giving up just yet, next I want to try out the Yardley Stayfast Velvet Blusher in Plum Desire!
