Working extensively on different South African skin tones has given Will an appreciation for diversity and motivated him to tap into the true beauty of every women. It’s no wonder he’s the Education and Artistry Manager for Smashbox! Says Will, “All of us look different, I try to celebrate that whenever I do make-up.”
