i have very sensitive eyes and I found this eye makeup remover very gentle. It takes waterproof cream eyeshadow and eyeliner but to take waterproof mascara you will have to really soak the cotton rounds and leave it longer on your lashes. anyway,this is not design to take off waterproof makeup so I will not take away a star because of it. I know the price is much more than the drugstore options but if you have sensitive eyes this is the best
