I remember in high school missing out on all the swimming fun because of my very heavy flow. I was scared off trying tampons by a PE teacher. Personally, I Give a big yes to applicator tampons. And Tampax Compak just made things so much more easier, by introducing and making the applicator half the size of other huge applicators. This is a bonus, simply because us ladies no longer have to squish and squash our applicator tampons into smaller sized makeup bags, or work bags, when its that time of the month ;-)
