I don't use foundation daily, so a tinted moisturizer is perfect for me. Stila ticks almost all the boxes with this one. I have combination skin and although it is somewhat moisturizing, I wouldn't recommend this for very dry skin. It did not make my skin feel oily either. For winter, I wear additional moisturizer under it for extra moisture. The coverage is sheer, with light-reflecting particles that do give your skin a subtle glow. Plus it comes with an SPF - 3 steps in one! I love this product!

At R310, I expected this product to be exactly what it says it is. I still have mixed feelings about this product though.
Packaging wise, its beautiful. Its simple and to the point with a screw on cap. The packaging has a little window so you can see the color of the product. You also squeeze the tube to get product out, which is nice because you control how much you get out of the tube.
For me, this product was more of a foundation than a moisturizer. It had a greater coverage than most tinted moisturizers that I have tried. This was a good and a bad thing for me. I wear tinted moisturizers when I don't want it to look like I tried too hard with my make up and because you can just apply it with your fingers. I ended up having to blend this with a brush and you can see a major difference once this has been applied.
Also, although it says oil free, this product made my skin incredibly oily and highlighted the areas that are already oily. I ended up having to use a powder over this to achieve a natural look.
Like I said, I have mixed feelings about this product.

The beauty 411: This oil-free sheer to medium coverage with light diffusing pigments help diminish the look of fine lines and wrinkles, contains ginseng root extract and gingko biloba lef to provide potent antioxidant benefits and help prevent premature ageing, contains chamomile to help eliminate redness soothe skin and improve elasticity, vitamin A and E conditions and provides antioxidant protection from the environment
What I thought: I found it to not be so hydrating on the skin if you have dry skin like me probably because it is oil free so I found it best to first apply a moisturiser then apply this on top it creates a very matt finish and the shimmery pigments although noticable on the fingers after application are not that noticable on the face which is great because you don't want to shine like a disco ball. It's quite light weight and gives a natural coverage that lasts all day and the vitamins and minerals that it contains your face will just love.
