My preference is actually lip shimmers than bold lipsticks. This suits me perfectly and keeps my lips smooth and soft. A great buy for any part of the year as it is a good balm.
Something attracted me to purchase this product, maybe it was the packaging or the actual product I'm not sure, however because my skin has a slight tan colour (I'm actually olive) and the lip tint was a shimmer pink, it didn't really give a good colour to my skin. It made me feel abit weird about how it looked, so I tried the product over lipstick for a slight shimmer which looked a lot better. It took some experimenting but it was worth it because now I found a better use for the product.
The glimmer in this lipbalm is perfect for those days you dont feel like lipstick. It also complements youre lipstick when you use it under it. It smells nice and conditions. It also gives a bit of a plumping effect to the lips.
I think the first thing that attractedme to this balm was the slim white tube. It's so tiny and skinny - it fits everywhere! Awesome. I bought the Rose shade, and i agree with Quanita that it really does make your lips tingle a bit when you first apply it! I find that this particular colour doesn't really suit me, but whenever i wear it my lips always feel soft and moisturised! I love that it has a SPF15 & a great product to keep in your beach bag! Highly recommend it.
I have used this product for many years now and I have enjoyed it very much.
I like the refreshing sensation it leaves on the lips and the fact that it protects my lips from the sun. It last for a good couple of hours, I just love to reapply it :>
Its always fun to try out the different flavours, but my favourites are the cherry and strawberry.
The packaging is nice as it is small, so you can fit it in your pocket or small bag. Its also nice to not have to use your finger to apply the product.
This is definitely much more than your common or garden lip balm! It contains ingredients to protect your lips from harsh elements and leaves them feeling and looking soft and smooth! LOVE IT!
