The Smashbox Liquid Liner Pen is the only product that is part of their regular product range and is waterproof and safe on the waterline. This is by far one of the best liquid liner pens I have ever used. It glides on smoothly and dispenses just enough product to achieve the perfect line every time. The tip of the pen is the perfect shape to create thin as well as thicker lines without much effort and the colour is very pigmented and lasts all day.
The Shadow & Liner Quad in Risque comes with 3 pressed eyeshadows and 1 cream liner. The pressed eyeshadows are shimmering and come in the following colours: Soft pink, Deep Eggplant and a Soft Champagne colour. I’m very impressed with the pigmentation of the shadows, especially with the pink colour since pink shadows are one of the most difficult colours to create with enough pigmentation to show up. The cream liner comes in a metallic gunmetal colour. It’s very creamy and blendable and can be used to line the eyes or to deepen the crease area.
The Loose Shimmer Powder in Burlesque is one of my favourite products out of the four! It’s a very fine powder that has gold shimmers with a slight pink undertone. It looks absolutely beautiful on the skin and is super versatile! You can apply this under the brows or on the inner tear ducts as a highlight, on the cheekbones or even dab a little on top of your lipgloss for that extra glam look! Love this product!
The Double Ended Lip Gloss in Peep & Show comes in a Cotton Candy Pink and a Deep Ruby Red Colour. The red gloss is super pigmented and gives off this beautiful deep, red colour that is suitable for most skin tones. I usually prefer nude lips, but I loved how this red colour looked on me. It really gives off the Burlesque look when you have it on. The pink gloss is a lot more sheer than the red gloss. I would recommend if you have naturally pigmented lips like mine to first apply some concealer on your lips before applying this lipgloss so that the true colour of the lipgloss can be more apparent. The lipgloss is not sticky at all and is quite long lasting on the lips, which I like.
