Okay, so this month I took 'treating myself' to a whole new level, I went a bit crazy in the makeup department lol, but when you find these on sale, can you really blame me?

The first of the 5 products which I bought on sale at www.zando.com, this was only R125 (usually R250).

So I have to start off by saying that I kind of disagree with the color descriptions provided above. This gorgeous trio of colors can be used together to create a lovely unique look, or it can be used as stand alone colors. The trio consist of a shimmery like Champagne color (For High lighting), a slightly darker bronze color that also gives off a really nice shimmery effect and then a matte coral color (which is my fav!)

I find that the cream blush has a lovely creamy texture, making it easier to apply (I did so with my fingers) and is not as highly pigmented as I thought and its quite sheer (The bronze and champagne colors - the coral is a bit more pigmented than the other 2), but don't get me wrong, its still gives off a really nice effect and is still beautiful, It just leads me to the conclusion that this would be more suited to fair - medium skin tones and would not show up on more darker skin tones.

Once applied, the colors are fairly easy to manipulate and it just sort of enhances my skin quite nicely by making it appear more smooth with a healthy and natural flush of color. The colors are also buildable (If you are looking for a more intense color).

Over all I had about 6-7 hours of wear (I used the matte coral color with a bit of the shimmery champagne color over that) which I really great staying power, there after I needed a touch up, but only minimal. The compact is also conveniently packaged, so It's really effortless to carry around in your bag.

There is a nice amount of product (In my opinion) given, so I know that this will last me quite a while, I bought it at a steal, so am very happy with my purchase!

I think I have steered away from powdered blush and am a full convert to cream blush!!
