5.0 2 0.5Skin Logic Foot Peel
So I love everything this product, I've used it a few times before and I can say it is definitely a dupe of the famous Milky Feet. So the Skin Logic Foot Peel contains two booties which are attached together, these booties contain a liquid gel which soaks into your skin, the packaging also includes two stickers to secure the booties to your feet. A good to know point is that this foot peel is dermatologist tested.
The gel in the booties contain 15 plant extracts which include, Gingko Biloba, Green Tea and rich vitamin E. This foot peel mask will leave feet silky smooth and callus free, after just 1 week. The secret in the foot peel is Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA's) remove dead skin cells leaving you with softer, crack free skin.
On the packet, the information states that Skin Logic is developed by dermatologists from the University of Seoul in Korea. So this foot peel mask only lasts one application.
Directions for use:
1. After washing and drying your feet, open the pouch and take out the all in one bootie.
2. Cut open bootie along the cut line and place feet inside bootie.
3. Wear bootie for 90 - 120 minutes, then remove feet from booties, wash thoroughly.
4. After using the Foot Peel Mask, dead skin cells will naturally peel off within a week. To be used only once every 6 weeks.
5. For best results on extremely rough calluses heels we recommend that this product be used with an exfoliating file.
6. The foot peel mask contains a high concentration of AHA's that may cause skin irritation. To ensure skin compatibility, it is advisable to test a small area of your foot before use. Use booties immediately after opening to prevent the essence from drying out.
My thoughts on the Skin Logic Foot Peel Mask
So I've used these Foot Peel Masks quite a few times so I find the application quite easy to use, the only thing I'd like to point out is that inside the bootie there is a light 'mesh' type of material which is on the inside of the bootie and sometimes the material sticks together, so just make sure it goes on either side of your feet. So the application isn't bad or complicated but I find the waiting period a little too long for my liking, but who doesn't look for an excuse to relax for 2 hours? I'd recommend you leave the foot peel mask for a full 2 hours because you see better results. I actually like the scent of the gel in the booties, it's a nice clean scent with a light chemical scent. I feel a slight tingle on my feet when I use it but it's worth the end result. I use socks over the booties because it keeps the booties more secure and easier to use if you have to walk around.
Happy Smooth Feet
After the full two hours, I rinsed my feet, after a few days (I think four or five days) I noticed my skin started to flake slightly. Before it used to be really gross that there are little flakes of skin everywhere, but now I'm used to it. After a full week and a half the peeling will stop and you will be left with softer smoother feet. Make sure you wear pumps or closed shoes during the peeling time, because it's not a very good sight. I would recommend you try this product out, especially for softer smoother feet this summer! The Skin Logic Foot Peel Masks retail at R89,95 per an application.
