I use this once a week after soaking my hands in the Spa Manicure and exfoliating my cuticles with the Spa Exfoliant for nails. After filing my nails I use the buffer along with the buffing powder and I am left with gorgeous, healthy and shiny nails all week long. Since using this buffing kit, I have no longer been wearing clear nail polish.
