Although I absolutely love most of Sh'Zens products, I found that the Scrub stone actually damaged my heels. When you start using it - your heels feel softer. But after a while, the dead skin actually builds up much quicker and it becomes increasingly hard to remove it.

I am also using the Sh'zen Scrub Stone, but this must only be used if you heels are in bad shape, try using it only once a week and use the FOOT RASP in the morning when you get up, then a good moisturising cream , Sh'zen one is very good, and you will see a big difference in the appearance of your feet.
