In preparation for my wedding last week, I had discovered a few key beauty secrets, the most important being that the best way to look radiant is happiness and hydration. Any industry expert will tell you that drinking plenty of water helps skin glow and boosts shine in your hair. For me however, a few extra glasses a day just weren't going to cut it. I was battling dryness, natural frizz, and general neglect. I had also noticed that my strand had changed, it was weak and took forever to grow.

This is really a quick fix for dry stressed out hair, and can literally convert even the worse case scenario into sleek beautiful tresses! I purchased this the beginning of April on special for R99 (which I think is still expensive for a hot oil treatment) as my hair was looking less than great and needed some real TLC. Needless to say it got put away, until the day I received my Hair extensions which I planned to wear for my wedding. I purchased 20" Virgin Indian Remy Hair as it last longer and the strand is much thicker as opposed to treated human hair. When I removed it from the packaging, I was so shocked. The hair literally looked like little mouse nest! Dry, damaged, just an overall mess! When I contacted the supplier I was told that this is what Virgin Hair looks like, esp cause I ordered the wavy one. After heating the oil in a cup up hot water, I then began to apply it to the hair in a downwards motion. I let it sit for about 15-20 mins, and then shampooed as per usual. After a quick blow dry, both my own hair as well as the extensions were totally transformed! Hair was sleek and on high shine mode, making it more easily manageable. Dryness, frizz as well as the appearance of split ends was greatly diminished! My extensions blended in with my hair seamlessly both in color and texture! Even though I think this oil is expensive, It really did the trick and saved my hair for my wedding. I now do this treatment about once a month, or when i see my hair really needs it.
