When I was a sh'zen agent, this was one of my bathroom staples, and still is to this day. I sometimes suffer from Kidney pain due to a past fall, and the best pain reliever for it (other than meds) are these gorgeous Blue crystals. A table spoon of this to hot water makes for a really wonderful pamper session that not only relieves aches and pains, but also calms the mind and relaxes tightly wound muscles putting the body into the perfect state for bed! I would recommend this best for use right before bed as it really does help you sleep better! A really amazing natural product that is highly effective and all rounded good value for money!
