Sh’Zen Destressing Bath Crystals

I started using the S'zhen Crystals since last year July. It is good to relax in the crystal bath after a gym work out to de-stress the muscles and have peaceful sleep. i high recommend it

When I was a sh'zen agent, this was one of my bathroom staples, and still is to this day. I sometimes suffer from Kidney pain due to a past fall, and the best pain reliever for it (other than meds) are these gorgeous Blue crystals. A table spoon of this to hot water makes for a really wonderful pamper session that not only relieves aches and pains, but also calms the mind and relaxes tightly wound muscles putting the body into the perfect state for bed!
