I absolutely love this sponge! I cannot live without it. I have tried other exfoliating sponges but always come back to this one! I have got the whole family addicted to using it as well. it makes you feel super clean, refreshed, energized and again super clean!! I don't think it dries out or hurts the skin as some might claim. it has a rough side as well as a smoother side so you can choose between the two depending on the preference. I am person that opts for sugaring as hair removal method so I end up with a lot of ingrown hairs. this exfoliating sponge really helps open out the ingrowns and unclogs pores. It also claims to increasing blood circulation which is a bonus. I buy extra and stock up just in case they stop manufacturing it lol. give it a try and you're addicted!!

This is a pricy little number but I have to say it is well worth it. I'm not really sure if you should be using it every day but heck I do and I refuse to stop. I feel so clean and shiny and new after using it in the shower. It turns a normal shower into an exfoliating experience.

When you supply this Baby their is no need for purchasing body scrubs as this little angel turns your most loved shower gel into a scrub.

I find that the more rough side is a little bit to hard on my skin so I usually use that side only on my elbows. The more softer side I use every second day in circular motions to get SUPER clean and to remove all those dead skin cells.
