This soap is cheap yes, but it dried my skin to the point that my skin felt too tight for my face!
I used it once on my face, then finished it as a body soap, personally I feel this soap is not gentle enough for use on the face

I'll have to agree on that one it did not work for me either I guess it's different strokes for different folks ;)
