This eye pencil is so richly pigmented that just one swipe is needed . It is super soft and glided on with ease even on a wet lash line !

It is of such good quality that I don't mind it not being retractable. It stays in place throughout the day without losing its intensity.

I expected to pay much more for such a statement making eye pencil!
