The mascara itself is claimed to be a volume boosting formula with intense pigments and is opthalmologist-tested and non-irritating to the eyes. The buzz words used to promote it are that the brush is "revolutionary" and that it will give "luscious" volume and lots of "colour impact". It comes in a cute red and silver tube.
