First of all I have to say the original price for this product was a total ripoff. I don't know what Revlon was thinking putting a price tag of R120-140 on a product that only contains 1.18 ml. Any usual lipgloss contains al least 7ml of product which makes this tube just a quater of a regular size. If you count it up the price is almost that of liquid gold LOL I used up this tube within 3 weeks (I reapply about 3 times a day) which is very quick for me.
I got this on sale so I am not as angry as I could have been :-). I own a couple of shades of this line and this one is definitely the worst one of them. It is a very light pink and you see the sparkles through the packaging and they don't look huge or anything. However when you apply it, it turns out to be super frosty. The consistency is very thick and is actually hard to spread evenly. When the gloss wears off you can feel the grittiness of sparkles on your lips. The only way to fix this is to apply on a generous dose of lip balm which helps it spread.
The smell of the product is also a bit odd. It is very plasticky. To me it smells like tea which I don't mind personally being a tea fanatic but I don't think it would hit it off with a lot of people....
The packaging is sleek. It looks like a pen with a brush at the end. You turn the base and the product comes up into the brush. I don't mind the packaging but it does make a loud noise when you turn it.
Overall this shade is definitely a miss.
