I had the privilege of using the Pureology Hair Spray Treatment over the past three weeks.
I have used Pureology Shampoo for the past two months after a hairdresser damaged my brunette hair with bleach. I use Pureology because of its natural ingredients and suitable for vegans. I don't use too much heat on my hair, but after moving to Cape Town - the ocean air has made my hair a lot more wavy than I expected.
First time I used it:
Smell: fresh, like a salon & nourishing, clean.
Bottle: faded pastel colours look beautiful, alignment with all other products (can spot a Pureology bottle miles away)
Effects: I sprayed the treatment onto my hair right after I washed my hair with Pureology Shampoo, so my hair was damp/towel dried and I put it on my ends. I did not brush my hair until about 10 mins later & immediately I could feel how the spray had gone straight into each strand and protected it, as well as moisturised my ends.
After the first week, I realised that spraying it twice a week is MORE than enough, because I did it two days in a row - my hair got oily after doing that. So the trick for my hair is once a week, and trying to not wash my hair for two days after using it.
I love how Pureology promises its natural organic ingredients because then I know my hair wont be tackling chemicals as well as the recent bad hair dresser experience I had.
My bottle is still basically full and I can see & feel the effects because my hair is not frizzy any longer and although my hair is bleached, my ends are feeling less dry!
Thanks Pureology! I will use Pureology over any cheap pharmacy shampoo/conditioner/treatment becasue Pureology goes a long way, and in the long run - if you are trying to heal your damaged ends then Pureology is the answer!
