PROXERA Keratoff 10% urea cream For dry and very dry skin 100 ml tube Features: a cream that performs a progressive keratomodulating action and favours restoration of natural moisturisation levels. Can be used as a complementary aid to dermatological therapies, also those for conditions involving chronic desquamation with plaques (psoriasis). Active ingredients: Oily external phase emulsion = allows to have a delayed and prolonged action; attenuates any stinging sensation. 10% Urea = performs a keratomodulating action since it induces keratinocyte differentiation and reduces their proliferation. Replenishes skin’s hydrolipid film, increasing intracellular water content in the stratum corneum, and reducing skin itching. 1% Sodium Lactate = stimulates cell turnover, providing strong moisturisation at the same time. Glucono Delta - Lactone = modulates keratinisation and accelerates cell turnover. Prevents oxidative damage thanks to its anti-oxidant properties, and moisturises and softens skin. Advised for: Treating conditions involving desquamation, plaque formation and hyperkeratosis. How to use: Apply on affected areas and rub in until completely absorbed. If necessary, repeat application two or more times a day.
