It is perfecting for filling in small patches or just lining the edges ( It has a very small end that is as small as a pall pointe pen ). Its size and colour are super convenient. The is a doubled ended tool, one side has the actual colour pen and the other end has an eyebrow brush that also helps shape the brow.
