I must admit, I was a BB cream virgin until a few weeks ago!
I know, beauty idiot, right?
Well, once I found out what it was, I had to give it a try.
After winning tickets on Beauty Bulletin to the True Love Ponds Radiance Launch Workshop, I purchased my first BB cream at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Johannesburg.
I was pleasantly surprised.
It’s available in Beige and Chocolate and designed for African skins. I found the Beige colour a little dark for my fair complexion but if I used it only on certain areas, I found it worked really well for my dark circles.
I found it a little dry for my skin but it blended well and smells lovely. It did make my eye make up last longer.
I love the funky pink packaging, its so stylish and the nozzle makes it easy to dispense those small amounts. It’s also small and flat enough to fit in your teeny tiniest evening bag.
It’s one of the more affordable BB creams on the market, and usually goes for R89.99 for 30mls, but at the launch they were selling it for only R60.
Great for those of you who don’t want to wear foundation but want an even skin coverage.
