Piz buin in sun lotion SPF10

Piz Buin IN SUN lotion feels amazing, it is thick, but it does not leave a white residue, and it is not greasy either. It has a pleasant smell, not the usual sunblock smell. Unfortunately, this product is only SPF15, which is not good enough for the South African summer sun. The higher SPF Piz Buin lotions would definitely be on my summer must-have list. This range of products is COLIPA compliant, which means that they are on the CANSA recommended list. I wouldn’t buy or recommend this SPF15 product, however anything SPF30 or over in this range would be amazing. SPF15 may be good enough for people who aren’t exposed to direct sunlight, and are mainly indoors or maybe in winter. I am very strict with sunblock all year round, so for me at least an SPF30 is a must.

We tend to ignore putting on sun screen in Winter, but this is when we do most harm to our skin, the winter sun is just as bad as the summer sun, this light, pleasant smelling In sun lotion protects your skin from those harmful rays.

This has a wonderful fragrance to it and since it is neither feminine nor masculine it can be used by the whole family. The texture is a bit heavy but it does not leave you pasty and it easily absorbs into the skin. It is even resistant to water and sweat. A great buy for winter to prevent harm from UVA and UVB rays.

Medium to light protection which is adequate for winter or when indoors. Is not sticky and does leave any noticeable residue. Perfect strong smell that lasts all day long.

Love Piz buin products! Unlike other sunscreens it smells amazing and doesn’t leave my skin looking pasty and sticky. It soaks into the skin beautifully while hydrating it at the same time. It’s sweat and water resistant so you don’t have to worry about it washing off. It can even be used to replace your normal moisturiser with the SPF being a bonus. The SPF 10 offers protection for your normal day to day errands but not full on sun contact for long hours so if that is what you are planning I do recommend you get a higher SPF as Piz buin comes in a wide selection of varying SPF.
