It is easy to use. A few sprays to your arms will make your skin feel brand new as one of the ingredients is Sodium PCA which is naturally found in your skin.

A Few sprays to your hair make it the perfect touch up because it enhances the products you have previously used in your hair. Needless to say, it will enhance best if those products are from Paul Mitchell. I found that after using this, my hair feels silky soft even after using a hair iron.

I cannot live without this product and it part of my daily routine. I must say though, that I do tend to use this product more on my hair rather than my skin. Only because I tend to use other product for my skin.
