I'm really loving this nourishing spray from Pantene, since I've been using it I've noticed less breakage in my hair and loads more shine and vitality. It strengthens fine hair and although i don't have fine hair I still feel it could do with a bit of strengthening and yes I do notice a difference in my hair in that respect. It's lightweight, so no weighing down and a few spritzers is all you need. It's a leave in spray so initially I was concerned it would irritate my scalp but it hasn't so far. This smells great but so do all Pantene products.
