I haven't used any Pantene products in a good couple of years but my past experiences have always been positive with the brand.
When I used this serum for the first time, I was surprised that that it looked and felt like hair conditioner as the wording of the product made me think it was perhaps an oil-based or more runny type of consistency.
As my hair is long, straight and fine, I wash it every two days and mostly let it air dry. What I've done is apply the serum to the end of my hair (about the last 5-10cm) when my hair is half dry. I've left it as is and have also used my GHD afterwards when my hair has completely dried. I feel like the product doesn't give me any extra shine as I hoped, but it helped with nourishing the ends of my hair as it tends to be a bit dry. One pump is more than enough for my hair or else it does tend to become a bit heavy.
It's a good, affordable product but I feel that I'm happy spending a bit more for something that also adds shine to my hair.
