NYX Love in Paris Eyeshadow Palette

I got this product for free as part of a NYX promotion at Clicks.

At first, I was excited to try it out as there are nine beautiful shades including a matte black, shimmery browns, a dark green and many others. The packaging is cute yet professional and even has a little bow at the opening section.

I was, however, somewhat disappointed. Many of the shades were not very pigmented (compared to NYX's single eyeshadows) and, therefore, did not last very long. On a positive note, the shades blend well. The double ended applicator brush is also a plus.

I honestly have to say that I didn't enjoy using this product.

I felt that the colours are not as pigmented, as they ought to be. The eye shadow didn't last at all on the eye lid, and the colour didn't pop through.

For a NYX product, i was disappointed at this one, because the other eye shadows and blushes are quite great products, this one was a miss for me.

'Love in Paris' contains 9 shades which range from your standard light neutrals, to darker shades, perfect for creating a different take on the standard smokey eye. It provides just enough pigmentation to create the desired looks, and blends out perfectly well - not too shabby. I wish the palette was a bit bigger though.

This palette is gorgeous and quickly caught my attention from the packaging to the stunning and versatile colour combinations.
Pigmented and easily blendable shades. I did find the matte colours to be slightly chalky, but a great all rounder palette and well worth the price.

Well, I am definitely eating my cake daily. The NYX 9 color shadow palette is my go to everyday shadow. I love the product as it stays longer without going anywhere. I tried to mix it with some other product and it was such a mess! So I learned to keep it original. Great consistency
and amazingly pigmented! Price wise I was not jumping up and down but it was worth my every cent.

I have originally bought to and then went back for another two. The packaging is so simple, yet attractive. I like the little bow on the opening clip thingy. The consistency of the product is good, it's very pigmented. It lasts all day. It's easy to blend. I love the variety that's available and I like that the colours don't really repeats itself in the different palettes. It's a reasonable size. so I love that it can fit into my clutch. It smooth and glides on rather well. The price for my is a tiny bit expensive. I would love to pay between R149, 99 and R159, 99. It might seem like a small save but if you're buying more than one, you will definately see the difference.

I have 2 of these palettes and they are great. It has such nice colors and is very pigmented. It blends easily and looks great

There is nothing better than finding a pretty handbag partner that is good quality and consists of all wearable colours!
Most often half the palette remains unused by the time I get through my go-to favourites...
This girly compact palette has a certain Je Ne Sais Quoi about it, and so it should, because that is it's name!
I'm not all that familiar with NYX, but so far so good! The products are affordable and the quality is superb. The colours in this palette are very flattering, and can be used for a light wash of contouring or built up to an incredible intensity.
I find myself wanting to take all my makeup off and to start again, because I just can't decide which colours in the palette I adore more!

The NYX Love in Paris palette set 10 Je Ne Sais Quoi is a darling little compact eye shadow set. This palette is a combination of natural browns, bronzes, mauve and some gold glittery shades. I love a natural look with a touch of pizazz! The variety of shades in these palettes allow you to create multiple looks for day and night. Just pop it in your handbag and glam up your look after a day at the office before a night on the town, it works for me. Last but not least, for what you get in one product, this one is really affordable.
