I got this product as a gift from a friend and i must say im loving it, it works perfectly for me. I will definetly recommend it for anyone. It is a lot faster and it works even for sesentive skins.
Great product ! I am the queen of hair, and have tried many methods even laser , I got the Veet Epilator the week is was released on retail shelves last year . I must say shaving is alot faster, but with the epilator your hair stays away much longer than shaving . Its a bit painfull in the bigining but not half as bad as waxing! The bikini area is tricky but once the 1st time is out the way its smooth sailing . I am always bikini ready thanks Veet !
I've been ussing an epilator for months now, and it's amazing what a difference it makes. The first time is always the hardest, and it will get easier to epilate the more you use it. Your hairs WILL grow back, but they will be fine and evetually stop growing in areas (everyone is different, but this is my experience with the product). I haven't used the comfort spray, so i can't comment on that, but i can imagine it's the same as an Aloe Gel. It's important for the area to be clean and dry (don't put deodorant on, and then epilate your underarms), slow and steady wins the race, so try not to rush the process. If you're a first timer, it would be an idea to start epilating in a less sensitive places, so you can experience the epilation process and see for yourself. It's also proven that women have a higher tolerance for pain during "that time of the month", so if you're a lady who's a tad more sensitive, try it out then.
Now the big question is: Does it hurt? Well... See that’s a difficult question to answer. For some people such as myself, it doesn’t hurt much – only a tiny pinch. But for some of my friends, it hurts like hell. I think it depends largely on the type of hair you have and also on your pain threshold. However, what I can definitely say is that its pain that you get use to. It’s the same thing as when you first tweeze your eyebrows. In the beginning it hurts like hell and you have tears in your eyes. But you still do it because you don’t want to walk out in public with a monobrow. As time passes, the pain stops bothering you because you get use to it. Same thing with the epilator, you get use to it. You can also use the epilation spray if you’re a beginner, as it is designed to help reduce pain. I have only tried it once so here is how it was for me. I sprayed the spray on a cotton pad and rubbed it on the area I wanted to epilate. The sensation the spray gives is like a cool, menthol sensation. It’s difficult to describe, but it felt funny. To me it acts more like a sensation to distract you from the pinch you get using the epilator. I don’t use it anymore because it’s quite a painless procedure for me.
