Yolande, I had the same problem and my sister is still having the ingrown hairs problem. You should exfoliate your legs a lot! Use a 'cellulite' sponge (you know the plastic, kind of hard ones.) Don't wear tights or stockings or knee high socks for a while. If this doesn't help, then stop using the epilator and just shave for a while until it gets better. Once your legs are back to normal, you can try using the epilator again. This really worked for me.
