I have used up this mask already and it has lasted me a long time. It is very very light so don't expect any serious nourishment from it. It does however increase shine due to the Henna ingredient. My hair did always look helthier after this. I normall kept my mask on for about 20 min while soaking in the bath. As far as boosting colour goes, it only boosts the colour that is already in your hair but it won't add color that you didn't have. For instance if my hair is dark brown, the mask won't turn it into black. It will only add shine and just make my hair colour richer. I hope my explanation makes sense LOL
The bottle is quite big - 300 ml. I used this mask only once a week but it can be used as often as you like. I didn't find that this mask weighs thin hair down at all.
I recommend to try it out as long as you don't expect super moisture from it. It is however fun to try as the price won't break the bank.
