I love nail art, but caviar manis never last very long. It is a one night thing.
I have done a blog post on caviar manis, and how to extend their time

Summer is upon us, and so comes the time to be adventurous, especially with NAILS! With all the new trends, styles and shapes of nails this past year, it’s good to see Mr.price has provided the latest trends at affordable prices to us.
Ive always been a fan of beaded nails and love Mr.Price, so to see their in house brand offer this nail set made me weak at the knees. I purchased this set of Grafiti Nails from Mr.Price at R49.99. This was incredibly affordable as the kit contains a base colour in pearl white, a bottle of the tiny caviar beads in also a pearly white and a little black funnel.
The kit comes in a white box with very minimal writing on the front, just Grafiti Nails done in silver. There is a clear plastic window as to which you can see the nail polish bottles and the black funnel. The back has silver writing indicating the ingredient list. On the side, an illustration guide shows exactly how to use the products in the kit. The illustrations are done in black and pink which are very attractive and vivid.
The bottles of the nail varnish and caviar beads are rectangular clear glass with a mirrored-silver twist lid. The bottle has Nails by MrP printed on the front. The caviar beads lid does not contain a brush applicator as the beads need to be poured onto the nail and not painted on. The applicator on the nail polish though is very long and the bristles very narrow, this makes the application very un-even and not very easy. The polish consistency is very weak and also of not very good quality. If used on its own (without the beads) it doesn’t even last a full day! With the beads on I got a one and a half day use before the beads started to peel off.
It’s a shame to see so much attention put into the packaging yet not for the product itself. I will not be purchasing the other colours in the range on offer and feel I ultimately paid R49.99 for a mini black funnel, which is made of metal just btw. It seems to be the only lasting component of this kit. If you’re a newbie of the caviar trend and aren’t looking to invest a huge sum of money to achieve the look than I suggest you give this a try just to play around with, but if you’re a nail-fundi who trusts quality, best give this a miss.
