I put the packets onto my feet and put socks on over. I left it on for 60 minutes. The next day my feet started peeling. My feet peeled for about 5 days, leaving softer, smoother skin behind. I would not buy this product again as I do not think that it warrants the high price and I did not enjoy peeling on my feet, definitely one that you want to do in winter to avoid questioning stares. If you do have a problem with dry, cracked feet then I would recommend it.
