I like this eyeliner pencil because the product glides on easily and the colour is pigmented. I usually apply white eyeliner to my bottom waterline to help my eyes look bigger and brighter. This product is great in that it is easy to apply and doesn’t irritate my eyes. The only downfall to this product is that it doesn’t last very long on the waterline as it claims to do. It usually starts to fade during the course of the day. I fix this by applying a white powder on top of the area that I’ve applied the eyeliner to help the colour last and this method works really well.
