I will start off by saying I love Kohl and eyeliner. When I do my makeup I usually reach for this specific one. It's just so easy to use. It glides on perfectly with a thin line and using the smudger will create a gorgeous smokey effect. But I don't usually use the smudger tool. This also works very well on the waterline, unlike some eyeliners, this applies with the same precision and pigment on the waterline. One negative is that It doesn't last all day, but once applied and dried it doesn't really smudge. I love this pencil and it's definitely worth trying out.
