Fruity flavours and a burst of colour works well for summer. It isn't as intense as a lipstick but works well as a gloss.

I will admit when I first purchased this I thought it was a real waste of money because it cost R99 for a lip balm which just smelt fruity and gave little bit colour. But now that I've used it for a while I love it! I have the deep red one called cherry pop. I really love the colour and gloss it gives lips, plus the scent smells so fruity. I was really disappointed that the colour and Popstick in general didn't last long on lips, and my lips felt a bit dry after use.

I recently purchased a Maybelline Popstick in Cherry Pop. It's super cute and very attractive for a lip balm with a slight stain. many people in the stores don't even know about the product and the only store which had the product was Clicks. I was super excited when I opened the lipstick and tried it on, I wasn't as impressed as I thought I'd be. It did give me a cool shade of red, nothing really bold. And the colour lasted for less than 15 minutes. It also had a fruity scent, disappeared too. Was worth the try. Maybe I just need to get more used to it rather than using Labello

I got the Pink Lollipop one, but that Raspberry Ice one looks beautiful, too. I put it on over a lip tint to give my lips a little moisture and some gloss. They smell fantastic and are very affordable. Worth a try in my opinion.

I am not a lipstick fan and was quite blown away when I discovered that Maybelline had introduced such a pretty looking lip balm.. It looks like lipstick and stays on like lipstick, but the formula is a smooth fruity lip balm that has the most exotic aroma!

If you like fruity then this wild and untamed lipstick will capture your senses and run away with them! I know I might sound like a “fruitcake” myself, but hey, when I girl gets swept off her feet what can she do!

I love the look of the lipstick, you know what they say...it should be pretty inside and out! And this certainly is. The container is lumo pink see through shade and the lipstick is pretty inside with its silver tube that compliments the pink!

I did some research on the Popstick range and discovered that the name originates from the effect the lipstick has. At first glance you notice only a sheer look, but look closer and discover a neutral shine over your lips which actually enhances your makeup effect.

Girls, this one is definitely worth the hunt!
