For me, a mascara’s applicator reveals 90% of its effectiveness and this MaxFactor mascara’s applicator does not disappoint. It has hard bristles that are close together and zig-zag and so, promise to separate and coat each lash with mascara.
One my first application, my lashes were instantly lengthened and they got even longer on the second application. The secret to this length has to be the lack of clumps that this applicator makes happen.
If you have naturally thick lashes, this mascara will be perfect for you as it will give you amazing lenth. However, if you are looking for volume, you won’t be too impressed. I want both, length and volume, but this mascara only gives me length. So I finish off with another volumising mascara for the total false lash effect.
Also, in my opinion, this mascara is far more brown, than black and they should drop the black in the name, Brown Black colour.
