I bought this lipliner in the shade "More to Love" which is a bright fuchsia pink with blue undertones and I absolutely love it.
It glides on easy with or without a lip balm on your lips but I would recommend using it with a lipbalm. I use this a liner at times with Mac "Amorous" lipstick or as a lip colour.
The nice thing about this pencil is that the colour is really pigmented so you can wear it as a lipstick on its on. It does not transfer onto anything and gives you the perfect matte lip. Sometimes I apply this all over my lip and then my lipstick over it. So if my lipstick does budge, I know that the liner underneath will always be there.
It definitely lives up to hits name as I had work it all day (applied as a lipstick) and it did not budge!
