M EdP by Mariah Carey is a sweet, floral and powdery fragrance with a warm oriental 'spicy-ness'about it. It is a luxurious scent that evokes an ambiance of sensuality and exotic pleasure. The purple and beautifully-designed packaging is romantic and feminine, with a touch of Mariah Carey flair- her signature butterfly is used as the perfume bottle lid. The fragrance is available in 100ml bottles as well as a 30ml in a gift set. The top notes of the fragrance include sweet marshmallows and fresh sea notes- the sweet and powdery scents. The middle or heart notes include Tiare flowers and gardenias-the floral and romantic scents. The base notes include amber, patchouli and Moroccan incense- the warm, smoky and oriental scents. I love the intensity of this fragrance and appreciate that it is not too overwhelming. It is very long-lasting and the scent builds up during the day so you are able to experience the diverse layers. It is a perfect scent for winter!
